The mission of the OutSpoken Girlfriend ™ podcast is to build a community that encourages and celebrates women to step into their best selves- their authentic selves- the women that they were created to be. 

 

And in today’s world that takes intention. It takes grit. It takes discernment. 

 

This is going to look different for each woman. But what will feel the same is the excitement, the joy, the feelings of pride and accomplishment when you see yourself getting what you want, and building the life you love. We will cover a variety of topics on the OutSpoken Girlfriend ™ podcast. And we will be having some amazing conversations with badass women on the podcast. 

 

On the podcast, we will focus on key areas of managing your Internal World so you can show up with power and grace in the External World.
